RunAILocal was designed within Coders Launchpad to give AI developers and tech enthusiasts their own publishing platform. I led the entire design and development process, from brand assets and design system to building almost the full front-end.

The Challenge
The Coders Launchpad community needed a platform that was lightweight, accessible, and focused on their needs. Existing platforms like Medium were too generic. The challenge was to build a simple but powerful platform quickly, with strong readability and scalability.

Process
I began with discussions with community members, then created wireframes and a design system in Figma. Accessibility was prioritized with readable typography and color contrast. Once validated, I built the platform in Vanilla JS, HTML/CSS, and Jinja2. Analytics guided iterative improvements post-launch.
