Overview
DOXRA is an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to transform enterprise documentation. Traditional documentation cycles can take up to six months, but DOXRA reduces this to less than a week by combining AI automation with structured, user-friendly workflows.
Asil was responsible for the entire design foundation, including the brand identity, logo, landing page, portal interface, and document viewer app. He also developed the first version of the front-end, initially in Flask/Jinja2 and later rebuilt in React and Tailwind for scalability.
The product is currently live as Version 1. Based on analytics and enterprise feedback, Asil is now leading the Version 2 design and feature enhancements, focusing on user-driven improvements and future scalability.

Process
The design process began with competitor research and conversations with enterprise stakeholders to understand their pain points. Based on this research, Asil created wireframes, prototypes, and a design system that prioritized accessibility, readability, and scalability.
Version 1 of the product was developed rapidly with Flask/Jinja2 to get to market quickly. Once validated, the system was rebuilt in React and Tailwind, ensuring long-term maintainability and reusability through modular components.
Analytics were integrated from the beginning. Current usage data is now driving Version 2, with new features and improved flows being designed to align with actual user behavior.
